上药一线的青年们都是杠杠滴，既具备业务专长，又熟练于英语交流，颜值口才都不低呦~~为搭建青年风采展示的舞台，让才华横溢的型男靓女们一展“上药英语腔”，2016年“Grow With SPH【与上药共成长】青年英语风采展示大赛已于近日完成了初赛阶段的选拔。

初赛共有来自上海医药沪内外12家子公司和集团总部的42位小伙伴参加，经过命题演讲、即兴问答，由专家打分的方式遴选出优秀选手20名。

此次活动由上海医药集团团委与公司人力资源部共同主办，上海医药副总裁舒畅也来到现场为亲们加油啦:-D~~他希望以参赛童鞋为代表的上药青年们既志存高远，又脚踏实地，为上海医药的国际化战略奉献青春和智慧~~
